Southern California Tax & Estate Planning Forum is a recognized,
approved continuing legal education provider for general and specialized
continuing education credit. |
This
activity has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education
Credit by the State Bar of California in the amount of 23 hours of live presentation (including 2 hours ethics cle credit).
The Forum will also make available to registrants (1) a one hour recorded presentation and outline by Alexander Bove on The Trust Protector: Friend, Foe or Fiduciary? (2) a one hour recorded presentation qualifying for substance abuse cle credit and (3) a one hour presentation qualifying for sexual harassment cle credit. The 23 hours of live presentation and the 3 hours of recorded presentations equals 26 hours of continuing legal education credit.

education activities prescribed by the rules and regulations of the
State Bar of California and the Boards of Legal Specialization governing
minimum continuing legal education. |

by the Boards of Specialization (depending on the workshop
selection). |
